Papua New Guina AAK Coop

The AAK Coop is a group of farmers located in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Throughout the past decade, this Coop as been known for its ability to overcome multiple barriers in effort to produce a consistently amazing coffee bean. Management and tribe politics have been strengthened and infrastructure has bee put in place to ensure the younger generation is able to effectively contribute to the future success of the AAK Coop.

Flavors of milk chocolate, black walnut, earth and cherry with a creamy body. Balanced, with a long lingering finish. This is also the origin we currently utilize to brew our Nitro cold brew.
