Washed Process Ethiopia Guji - Grade 1

A medium-bodied coffee with a bright acidity, silky mouthfeel, and flavors of milk-chocolate, peach, and jasmine. Originating from the Oromia Guji zone of Ethiopia and produced by a collection of small farmland holders.

“Washed/natural process” refers to how the coffee cherry is processed after being harvested from the coffee tree. Washed process beans are de-pulped mechanically using water to wash off the skin and pulp off of the coffee bean before being fermented. Washed process beans are known for their clarity and bright, vibrant tasting notes.
