The Red 5 de Diciembre is an umbrella organization(coop) representing 13 producer groups comprised of 1300 indigenous smallholder producers in La Cañada(Oaxaca). Over the past 6 years the group has been improving selective harvesting, specialty processing and marketing higher value lots. They were able to do this with the help of the cupping team at Ensembles de Cafe and is brought to market via Crop to Cup importers.
